Background Story

Hi, I'm Wendy Dotson, and I'm helping Gladias edit and manage this blogt. You can learn more about me from my blog. It was through that work in Haiti that I met Gladias, who was working as a medical translator. My husband, Greg, and I were moved to help Gladias get a student visa to attend school in the US. He now lives in our home in Ashburn, VA, outside Washington, DC, and is attending Northern Virginia Community College. The I Have a Dream Foundation, in Richmond, VA is also involved as a sponsoring non-profit organization. There is no budget for his education other than what individuals donate.
